Do you sell our details to any third party?

No our reputation and respect for our customers means more to us than selling on details to companies that will SPAM you.

Who keeps our credit card details?

We never see your card details. We won't even know which bank your card is with. We pay a commission to pay pal to handle our transactions, so offering our customers greater piece of mind when ordering.

Do you have a <product> in stock?

Unless specified 'Out of Stock' on the product page of the item you are after purchasing or we class the product A rated for the extra day delivery then we have the items in stock.

I see an item is out of stock, how long will it be before you get more of that item in?

We have a very pro-active relationship with our distributors and manufacturers and can get products re-stocked within a day. The 'Napoleon at War' 18mm range can take a few more days as we deal directly with the manufacturers in Spain.

Can I order an 'Out of Stock' product?

Yes you can but please appreciate the extra delivery time as stated in the above answer, as we order more stock in. If there is any problem with ordering your product, you will be contacted immediately to be asked if you wish to wait a set time or get any of your order refunded.

I cannot see a certain item in your range of products but would like to buy the product.

Contact us with  information on the product you are searching for and we will lt you know if we have managed to source it, with the discount and loyalty points offer.

How long will I have to wait to hear back from you?

We have always replied to our customers e-mails within 24 hours, usually within 12 hours.
Customers who leave voicemail messages will also be called back or e-mailed within 24 hours and may have a return call up till 7pm uness stated on their message.

Why do you encourage customers to use e-mail over phoning?

We are aiming to be more progressive with how we communicate with our customers. Although a call to our customer line is cheaper than most national call rates, e-mails are free and allow customers to fully express their query. E-mails also better protect you as it creates a record between parties.
